Q. How do you ship the products?

A. For domestic shipments within the USA we use USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation,
or UPS Ground, at our discretion.
Both services provide tracking capability, so you can check the progress of your package.
Domestic shipping costs to anywhere in the USA are standardized as follows...

$00.01 to $10.00 = $6.95
$10.01 to $20.00 = $7.95
$20.01 to $35.00 = $9.95
$35.01 to $50.00 = $10.95
$50.01 to $75.00 = $12.95
$75.01 to $100.00 = $14.95
$100.01 to $150.00 = $17.95
$150.01 to $200.00 = $19.95

Q. What about overseas shipping?

A. Shipments outside the USA are sent by USPS Airmail Parcel Post.
The global nature of the Internet means we receive orders from all over the world, and each order differs in size, weight, content, and destination. Therefore shipping costs for overseas packages are calculated on an individual basis. You may email HERE for a quote.

Q. What is a pre-order?

A. A pre-order means that the product has not yet been released, but that Infinity & Beyond has already contracted with the manufacturer for a supply of the figures upon their future release.

Q. Will I be charged for a pre-order?

A. No, not initially. Pre-ordering a product reserves the item in your name. You must supply your billing information with your pre-order, but your credit card is not debited until the goods are in stock and ready to ship to you from our premises.

Q. Can I pay other than by credit card?

A. Yes, you may send a personal check or money order, made out in US funds, to our mailing address above. Do not forget to add shipping costs (see above) to the purchase price of your items. Your items will ship upon clearance of the check.

Q. Are items returnable? What is your refund policy?

A. Yes. Infinity & Beyond is geared to the action figure collector. We endeavor to sell only mint condition figures. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it the above address, with a small note explaining why, and we will replace the item for you, or give you a complete refund.
